John Pearce (DEVON) has mapped Tiverton High School (state secondary school) at their request, and will be going up there on on Monday 9th to show them how to use Purple Pen.
Would any QO member be interested in supporting the school after this introduction? As yet we do not know how the PE department is planning to integrate orienteering into their programme, nor how keen the other members of staff are (the PE Head of Department is the driving force). The commitment may just involve one visit; or remote advice; or a long standing arrangement.
