QO on BBC News (Points West)

Good Morning All

Thanks to Rogers article about me in the Gazette, I will be appearing on BBC Points West this evening at 6:30pm ish Today. I do not know what questions they will ask me and it will be live but i will try my best to mention QO. However, they might be more focused on my Ironman qualification.

I will also be on BBC Radio somerset after 6pm on a program called “Extra Time” this interview was recorded yesterday and i did talk about Orienteering and QO quite a bit! (hopefully they havn’t edited that bit out)

So be sure to tune in if you want to see me blabbering on about my sporting life…

If anyone would like to hear Adam’s interview on Radio Somerset, you can listen to it on BBC Sounds ‘Extra Time’ 39 mins into the programme. Why don’t they give his surname and his business? He gives great promotion to Orienteering and ParkRun as well as his modesty about his various achievements
