Report from Hazel on a rare acheivement!
Another weekend, another Orienteering event. This weekend, 17 QO members went down to the Knightshayes event hosted by DEVON. It was a lovely hot and sunny day with lots of shade under the trees at the end to watch other competitors finish. Unfortunately, control 12 on the long course was in the wrong place, which caused some unnecessary time loss to some, but I stumbled upon it and managed to beat Adam, Ollie and Robert! - sorry guys, but you know I wouldn’t have been able to leave that part out! Several of us had picnics after our run and it seemed that everyone enjoyed their day out, well done everyone!
