A good turnout despite the weather!
I think I’ve now managed to fairly credit missing controls and where possible removed penalties for late finish punches when people were there in time but couldn’t get it to ping.
The Planner raised an issue where a couple of competitors ran through the OOB area on the main road. As this was a safety OOB and marked with clear cross-hatching, I have applied a 60 point penalty per infraction, equivalent to just over a minute overdue.
