This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 10th September after the Club Championship, as well as a club social and prize giving for the Forest League.

The social and AGM will be held at a venue near the Club Championships. Further details are to be confirmed.
The agenda for the AGM will be published within 7 days of the event.

The buffet is a set menu cold buffet for £10 per head. The club will subsidise under-10s, so you only have to pay £5 per head for them.
We have to give the venue final numbers for the buffet, so please book (it is part of the entry for the club championships) before 5 September.
