Nice to see all the QO regulars today in the somewhat blustery conditions of N Devon
On blue I had a mostly good run apart from a poor decision early on to run along the beach into the gale resulting in painful sand in both eyes for a while. Later on ( penultimate control) was, on the face of it, a short simple trek along a ridge and into a depression and away- seven minutes later ( only a few less than my time on our long leg) having completely misinterpreted the contours @daylightgambler had to lead me into the control on the opposite side of the ridge to that where Iād been desperate searching in vain amongst the grotty snaggly brambles.
Otherwise not too bad - should have been around 55mins though, not the 61 taken
