BOK Army Championships

The BOK group that attend mid-week Army events created a group that produce their own events and social gatherings when the BAOC events are too far away. Pete and Jo Foster asked if they could use Ham Hill, one of our areas, for their Championships last Thursday and about 30 of them and 4 of our members (Bill V., Simon St.L-H, Miffy T, and Roger C, with Judy C and Mike C support) competed in a 30 or 50 min score event. Then followed refreshments and prizegiving at the Prince of Wales at which Miffy was awarded an edible prize for the best non-BOK member score, no doubt appreciated by the canine member of their family. The BOK winner was more creative with her award as well as receiving the handsome trophy. (see photos)
