A shout out for Adam. First out of 470 at Parkrun at Longrun Meadow today a week after he completed the Loch Ness Marathon in 7th place with over 6000 competitors. Well done to Hazel for her first marathon finishing in a very respectable position and time - she has even signed up for next year!
